Do you run only one factory tour or half-day tours?

Most of the factories and museums are located not in town but in little villages, to go there require time and tour only one factory means spend more time for transfers that for the tour itself. The shortest tour we run is Lamborghini and Ferrari from 10am to 5pm, easy schedule also for people that are traveling by train from Rome or Florence to Venice or Milan and prefer don't overnight in Bologna.

Do you collect people in Florence, Venice, Milan, Rome or Maranello?

MOTORSTARS tours are already full day tours and unfortunately we are no able to collect people in other towns than Bologna or Modena, both anyway very well connected by train with most of Italy's big cities.

Bologna's railway station is called the "Stazione Centrale" and with high-speed trains is only ½ hr to Florence, 1 hr to Milan, 2 ½ hrs to Rome; from/to Maranello we could arrange shuttle service for you.

Do you arrange reservations to factories and museums?

We arrange reservations to all factories, all museums and all private collections only for people that choose our daily tour packages showed on the "Proposals" page of this web site.

How much time we spend for each section of the tour?

Time we spend for each section of the tour is perfect balance about activities we're able to do; we never rush and transfers have been optimized as well so we never lose time.

Most of museums but in particularly factories are open only during working days.

On Saturday and Sunday walking along assembly lines is no possible and only few museums are open.

For safety reasons entrance to most of the factories is only permitted to people who are more than 6 years old, no restrictions about museums where anyway we are not allowed to touch. Special prices for family.

Is it ok to take pictures or video of assembly line?

It is strictly forbidden to use cameras and/or mobiles phone inside production facilities, no problem at all in museums, show-rooms and private collections.

Is there room in van for our luggage or where could we store our suitcases?

In the luxury air conditioned Mercedes van we have plenty of room but you never know how much people shopping during the tour and/or if they have handbags, just let you know that inside the Bologna Centrale railway station there is a left-luggage office where big suitcase can be left also in order to be more comfortable (MOTORSTARS can not be responsible for lost property during the tour).

We arrange reservations for Ferrari driving experience only for people that choose our daily tour packages showed on the "Proposals" page of this web site.

Is the August tour the only tour that runs in August or do other tours also run during that month?

On August most of factories and museums shut down for vacation so our daily tours have limitations as well; from August the 1st to the 31st we are able to run only the August tour and the Balsamic tour.

How do I visit the Ferrari Factory?

Ferrari factory tours are only for Ferrari owners and have to be scheduled through Ferrari dealers.
The factory will only allow current Ferrari clients to tour the facility so it is up to each dealer to verify that the person requesting the tour is a valid owner.
